Tuakau Cricket Club We currently field 3 senior teams - Senior A, Senior B and T20. The club has two good quality artificial wickets plus a grass pitch. They also have two training nets and a bowling machine. Subs are amongst the cheapest in the Counties Manukau Association. New members are always welcome. Tuakau Netball Club We currently field 2 x senior womens teams and 1 x junior team. For further details contact - Seniors - Kerri - 021 068 3450 This is a very social club with many events throughout the year, including a quiz night, prize giving and end of year trips. During the season the team train at the Tuakau College gym on Thursday nights. Golf We have a keen group of golfing enthusiasts and followers who travel to various courses throughout the year and enjoy partaking in tournaments. We also host our own Annual Golfing Tournament in the form of an Ambrose competition at the Onewhero Golf Club. This is always a fun event ending up at the club rooms for prize giving. Poker The poker section play every Thursday evening in the club. They travel regularly to various tournaments throughout the region. They also host tournaments once or twice during the year. Travel The travel club has a day trip every 3rd Wednesday of the month. We travel to a variety of interesting places and new members are always welcome. Once a year we go on an overnight trip. Each trip costs $35, which includes lunch and transport. Any additional funds are put towards the annual overnight trip, along with funds raised through club raffles.
